This program is for future mechanics, currently in or starting a program at a technical school, who have a passion for heavy equipment and thrive off technical problem solving. We invest in your success so that you can help lead our company into the future with teamwork, integrity, and perseverance. You will receive tuition assistance, tool assistance, job shadow opportunities to strengthen your skills, and continuous education that will help prepare you for a successful career.
This 24-month program is a rotational professional career program for college students and recent graduates. Depending on the student’s situation, he or she would either complete the program with an internship or full-time position.
