This 24-month program is a rotational professional career program for college students and recent graduates. Depending on the student’s situation, he or she would either complete the program with an internship or full-time position.
For four, six-month periods, candidates will learn about each facet of our business: service, sales, parts, and machine technology.
At the beginning of each rotation, interns set specific, measurable goals with their supervisors, and regularly update their PDP with achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Interns meet with their mentors or supervisors weekly to discuss progress, receive feedback, and adjust goals as needed. Formal reviews at the midpoint of each rotation to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments.
Interns complete self-assessments based on KPIs to reflect on their performance.
360-degree feedback from peers, supervisors, and other department members to get a comprehensive view of performance.
Interns present their project outcomes to the team, showcasing their contributions and learning.
Interns are introduced to project management software and learning management systems (LMS).
Interns prepare a report at the end of each rotation summarizing their achievements, challenges, and key learnings. They then present these reports to management for feedback and recognition.
